As you drive into Cypress Run development of beautiful new homes, you will feel welcomed. Friendly neighbors, quiet area, doggie park and much more to enjoy.
Relax on your front or back deck(s) upper and lower patios, a fire-table on the upper back deck, furniture on all 3 decks to unwind after a day at the Biltmore Estate or on the trails at the DuPont State Forest discovering the magnificent waterfalls there.
The main level offers open concept with spacious living room, plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV, gas fireplace for use in the cooler months. Dining area offers high top table and padded chairs.
Well equipped kitchen also includes a breakfast bar.
Step out onto the Upper deck to patio seating around the fire table to enjoy in the evenings.
The main level includes 2 bedrooms; the Primary/Master suite boasts a King Bed, brand new Smart TV and ensuite full bath.
The second bedroom on main level offers Queen bed.
Washer and Dryer are on the main floor.
The lower level of the house offers 2 more bedrooms, a full bath, and a gathering area that leads out to the lower patio.
The 3rd bedroom offers a bunk bed- Single/Twin and a desk for your computer/work space.
Bedroom #4 offers King Bed.

Our Cypress Run House from WNC mountain rental vacation was immaculate and made a for a relaxing trip, exactly what a vacation should be! The neighborhood was well kept and neighbors were active and friendly. The house was well stocked and had everything and more to make it feel like you were staying at luxury accommodation. Truth be told, I went home after the trip and bought the same appliances I had used for the first time at the vacation rental. In short everything was well thought out looked after, look forward to staying at Cypress Run House again.
