Tracy's Cottage was designed for the guest who appreciates a beautiful interior, comfortable, light, and delightful.
As you walk onto the front porch you will feel like you have truly found your new special mountain-town home away from home!

Delightful green ivy around the two steps onto the deck, the special door, and the lovely patio furniture for you to share you morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The living room provides the perfect place to gather on the long cushy couch, 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, side tables, lamps and TV.  The fireplace is not operating. thank you.

This is your time to leave the world behind, truly unwind, and re-connect with your friends or family here. 
You'll be happy to have plenty of great lighting for reading, too. 

Your Smart TV in living room and 1 in a bedroom  allow you to watch one of your favoirte shows on Netflix and more with your Neflix Roku Code.

You will feel the warmth in the kitchen, again with plenty of light and a great table and chairs to enjoy your meals and morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The kitchen provides Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave and all you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

The master bedroom on the main floor offers  King bed, bureau and closet.
The Bathroom on the main floor is a walk in shower.
The second guest bedroom,  also located on the first floor, provides Queen bed, bureau and closet.
The first floor bath feels like a spa with a beautiful tiled walk in shower and stunning vanity. 

The 3rd bedroom is located on second floor, offers Queen Bed, and its own Spacious Bathroom with double-sink vanity, full tub-shower, toilet and plenty of fresh, new towels and toiletries.

Upstairs also provides extra, unique spaces, a desk for catching up on some computer work perhaps, and in another area offers a quiet space with a card table with chairs for puzzle or game time. 

Step outside the house and stroll down to the  corner of 7th ave. you will enjoy a casual Italian Restaurant, Mona Lisa, a favorite of many locals.  

You'll discover your favorite new eatery downtown with over 20 to choose from, from fine-dining to casual restaurants to a popluar pub. 
Stroll in and out of the wide variety of specialty shops, or perhaps take in a show or an art lesson at the new Arts and Inspiration Center. 
Be sure to stop in the Visitor Center for the inside scoop from the friendly volunteers there. Or ask Julie, your host, for ideas to make your stay in downtown Hendersonville one of your most memorable, treasured getaways.

A special note to Guests, from the Owner-

This sweet home has a special place in Tracy’s heart.  She and her mom always wanted to purchase the cottage together and enjoy it as a mother / daughter getaway.
A year after her mother passed away, it was FOR SALE and she decided to buy it and renovate it on her own.  She thinks her mom would love the way it turned out, and there are even a few special things of her mom’s in the house.
Now she would like others to be able to enjoy and celebrate special occasions with friends and loved ones at the cottage, as she and her mother had planned to do.

Please put trash in bags and place in Green Trash Can Outside.
City Trash Pick up is Wednesdays  8-9 am
If you are a guest and here on a Tuesday, please put trash can at the Curb Tuesday for Wed. Pick up.
Do not use cans in backyard, that is for yardwork.
