| Honey and Salt is a great breakfast and lunch spot right here in the Village at Flat Rock. It just opened in March 2017 and very popular with locals and visitors. They source locally and organically - offering farm to table breakfast and lunch.
We love their pancakes and egg plates with avacado, and other special items. Gluten free and Vegetarian Plates are also offered.
Honey and Salt also offers custom and large party ordering, in house catering for events, specialty cakes, cookies & breads.
