Carl Sandburg Trails and House, Chimney Rock State Park, and many more WNC mountain Trails!

North Carolina Stay-at-Home Order continues through April 29th-
Guests are permitted to stay in our vacation rental homes. Please reach out to Julie with any questions concerning rescheduling any future stays and our cancellation policy during COVID-19.
Based on the current CDC guidelines for safe visitation during our stay-at-home orders, we will be taking extra precautions such as extra special disinfecting ALL surfaces prior to a guest' arrival and asking the following questions to each visitor.
All our guests will be asked the following questions, within the last two weeks:
Have you traveled internationally?
Have you or someone in your household been exposed to COVID-19?
Have you or someone in your household experienced the following symptoms: Fever? Cough? Shortness of Breath?
If the visitor answers “yes” to any of these questions we advise you to not let them visit your home.

As of April 1st, all hosts in our area, providing vacation or long term stays, will now be conducting a screening process for any and all incoming guests. Today, WNC Mountain Rentals, LLC, is now serving more guests who need longer stay due to travel restrictions or other circumstances. They are looking for a clean, safe haven, and finding it with us.
We are receiving daily requests for folks searching for longer stays nearby, in our community.
It is a new trend in the industry right now and we are ready to serve those in need at special rates.
Please let us know if you hear of someone who is in transition, maybe someone who sold their house and not planning to buy immediately, or someone who moved to the area and not settled in yet. We offer select vacation homes now open for longer term stays.
NOTE: Our Professional cleaners are taking extreme measures to ensure the house is thoroughly disinfected for guests' arrival.
Safety and good health is our #1 focus right now.
