WNC Mountain Rentals, LLC is privately owned and located here in Hendersonville, NC. 



We provide property management services for Vacation Property Owners in Henderson County (Flat Rock, Hendersonville, Etowah, Edneyville and Saluda areas). 

We provide personalized hospitality to each and every guest.

Dan Fortin is the Broker/Owner of the Company and takes pride in providing comfortable, clean vacation homes for folks coming to the area to explore our beautiful western North Carolina mountains and local attractions. 

Julie Hall's role is Area Expert/Guide and Guest Services.

  Her ultimate goal is to have every guest have the best vacation ever, and discover new places to eat, share in a wine tasting, try a new brew, explore the Blue Ridge Trails, hike in the DuPont State Forest, shop at the Mast General Store downtown Hendersonville, swim at Sliding Rock, tube down the French Broad River, zip-line at The Gorge, or attend a live production at Flat Rock Playhouse.

It all depends on what will truly make YOUR vacation stay here the most memorable!
